its a bit late…

but, better late than never, right?
I made some Chocolately Guinness Stout Cupcakes with Bailey’s Irish Cream Frosting for St Patrick’s day this year (I told you this was late).



and no, there arent any “after” pictures.
We ate them instead.
This particular recipe was not really a winner… the idea was there and it tasted good but, overall I was disappointed. The Bailey’s Frosting was way too over powering and the recipe called for a disappointing amount of Guinness.
My new mission is not to find an incredible version of this recipe and make it every year.
Which gives me some time to find a better recipe before the next St Patty’s Day.
