baking bread: Ciabatta.

last week we had sadly run out of Ciabatta….so Tuesday turned into baking day!

 [the starter]

 [getting everything ready]

 [the dough, ready to ferment for 2 hours]

 [after fermenting for 2 hours]

 [resting for 20 minutes]

 [Ciabatta loaves shaped and ready to proof for 2 hours; then bake]

 [right out of the oven!]

[mmmm. nothings better than freshly baked bread]
