A couple of weeks ago we went to happy hour in Little Tokyo near downtown Los Angeles. They had a drink dispenser filled with fruit and a clear liquid….. which looked like water, but, as it turns out, was vodka.
We tried it and it was delicious! Sweet- but not too sweet, fruity- but not “artificially flavored” fruity, and very refreshing.
So… we decided to up-cycle one of our drink dispensers from our wedding and attempt to make some fruit-infused vodka of our own:
it should be ready in a another week or so.
I am looking forward to trying it. If it’s similar to the one we had at happy hour, this will be the perfect thing to sip on a warm afternoon this summer!
